2 weeks - No delivery

I have been waiting for two weeks without any success.

I paid once and had to refund the money as they were supposedly unable to collect and resent the money. Two weeks later and my item is still pending.

Communication is slow and watching paint dry is faster.

My first shipment was fast but now I am thinking that was a ploy to make me pay again and a higher quantity.
