When I ordered my most recent package, the status of my product didn't change to shipped even days after.

So I emailed both Sales and Support and they replied to say that as I was a repeat customer they would process the order manually.

Not bad customer service at all! Have some faith in them they will get round to you too.

Also received 20 extra of the pills I had ordered and a little freebie.
