This was my second order placed with you.. & it was bigger than the first one so you had to break it down in to 3 packages to get everything through safe & although the first 2 came to me quickly (6 days) the final one arrived safely today (12 days) i am glad to report. again many thanks for everything provided, the name of the game is not Just about quality items, but also customer satisfaction i have both massive respect for your business, and the utmost trust in you to suceed everytime i deal with you. i have to say that this time i was a little worried that something may not come through as my order was over £700 but soon had your e-mail saying it would arrive in 3 packages, i then soon realized that was the way forward.. never before had i thought it possible that quality items like this could become so available through the post... congratulations to everyone involved in this matter.. not just for providing such high quality items, but also for taking the the time to make sure my orders have been consistantly accurate with nothing missing..
